Account Manager

TL;DR

What you will do

• Create and own processes, KPIs, and routines for the Partnership Success department.
• Ensure client satisfaction by collaborating with Operations and driving adoption of tools and solutions.
• Design and launch marketing campaigns linked to retailer client events.
• Maximize Net Promoter Score and gather client feedback to inform product and commercial strategies.
• Identify and propose initiatives to increase usage at underperforming sites.
• Support business development by identifying new sites and negotiating contract extensions.

Requirements

• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
• 1–3 years experience in customer success management or similar B2B scale-up environment.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communication, or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organizational, and commercial skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with autonomy and decision-making ability.
• Passion for sustainable mobility; experience in electric mobility is a plus but not required.
