- Create and execute aggressive expansion roadmaps aligned with customer and company goals
- Leverage customer intelligence to identify revenue growth and cross-sell opportunities
- Navigate complex organizational politics to influence key stakeholders
- Proactively manage churn risks and maximize account growth
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in London, UK
- Minimum 3 years experience in strategic account growth, customer success, or sales
- Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to build executive-level relationships
- Advanced analytics skills and ability to develop data-backed business cases
