What you will do
- Run US forecast, pipeline, and quarterly business review cadence aligned with global standards.
- Drive pipeline quality through stage hygiene, aging remediation, and conversion analysis.
- Operate regional deal desk enforcing discount and term standards.
- Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth metrics.
- Partner with sales enablement to onboard reps and localize global playbooks.
- Manage Salesforce and GTM stack execution and data governance.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in Paris, France
- 4–5 years experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
- Strong Salesforce administration and forecasting ownership.
- Skilled in data storytelling and stakeholder management.
- Comfortable working in a global model with time-zone coordination.
- English: B2 level or higher required
