What you will do

  • Run US forecast, pipeline, and quarterly business review cadence aligned with global standards.
  • Drive pipeline quality through stage hygiene, aging remediation, and conversion analysis.
  • Operate regional deal desk enforcing discount and term standards.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth metrics.
  • Partner with sales enablement to onboard reps and localize global playbooks.
  • Manage Salesforce and GTM stack execution and data governance.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid role based in Paris, France
  • 4–5 years experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong Salesforce administration and forecasting ownership.
  • Skilled in data storytelling and stakeholder management.
  • Comfortable working in a global model with time-zone coordination.
  • English: B2 level or higher required
