Location: Chicago office with hybrid schedule (onsite Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays; remote Wednesdays and Fridays)

Salary: $120,000 - $136,000

What you will do

• Become a subject matter expert on hirify.global’s product, APIs, and developer tools
• Design and implement scalable, customized solutions for enterprise customers
• Evaluate technical feasibility and recommend best-fit custom solution strategies
• Provide guidance on automation, integration, and extensibility within complex tech stacks
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless end-to-end customer experiences
• Represent the voice of the customer by sharing feedback with Product, Engineering, and Developer Relations

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Chicago office on specified days
• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles
• 3+ years hands-on programming experience with Python or Node.js and strong REST API knowledge
• Architect mindset with ability to design for scale and system tradeoffs
• Strong communication skills bridging technical and non-technical audiences
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies
