What you will do

• Design and implement full-stack features in a production-grade environment with significant impact
• Collaborate with AI researchers and product teams to evaluate and improve generative AI models
• Build scalable systems for data collection, visualization, and analysis
• Optimize performance of web applications handling high user traffic
• Contribute to code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation
• Write clean, maintainable, documented code using best engineering practices including TDD and CI/CD

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Python 3, SQL, Pandas, Apps Script (optional), and AWS/GCP
• Familiarity with REST API, databases, and data modelling
• Strong proficiency with AppSheet platform for workflow and rule configuration
• Understanding of type hints, TDD (pytest, monkey patching), and high-performance code
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD using GitHub Actions/GitLab Runners and Docker on scalable Kubernetes environments
• Fluency in Polish and English
• Residing in Poland is required
