What you will do

• Own the marketing strategy for your assigned experiences.
• Build compelling global marketing strategies for exclusive hirify.global Original events and partner experiences.
• Create successful performance digital marketing campaigns leveraging social media channels like Facebook and Instagram.
• Work closely with the growth marketing team to analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities.
• Manage the P&L of your region and oversee a significant marketing budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content Copywriting) to provide strategic directions for campaigns.

Requirements

• +4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Facebook ads, and other social paid platforms.
• Proficient/bilingual level of English.
• Strong marketing background.
