What you will do
- Develop channel-first paid social strategies to achieve campaign goals, including digital subscriptions, brand building, and new product launches.
- Drive a test and learn approach for audience targeting, ad copy, and platform-specific creative across various channels.
- Proactively seek optimization opportunities and new innovations in formats and strategies within the social advertising industry.
- Monitor campaign performance, report on results and insights of paid social performance, and communicate these effectively to the broader team.
- Build and manage strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, key senior stakeholders, and platform partners.
- Monitor budgets to ensure campaigns do not overspend and efficiently meet performance targets.
Requirements
- Experience delivering paid social activity either in-house or within a digital marketing agency.
- Confident in managing significant partnerships and other third parties, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Capable of managing marketing budgets at both business and campaign pacing levels.
- Solid working knowledge of current software tools such as Meta, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, and Snapchat Ads Manager, as well as Google Analytics.
- Technically minded with a broad understanding of tracking and reporting, demonstrating an aptitude to learn and apply new technologies.
- A data-focused outlook with a curiosity to seek out evolving and innovative ways to add value to the business.
