What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital and growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue channels.
• Lead end-to-end affiliate marketing strategy, including partner management, performance enhancement, tracking, and payouts.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across major platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, SEO, email).
• Apply SEO best practices, develop backlink strategies, and collaborate with content and social teams for asset alignment.
• Own performance analytics, dashboards, and reporting using tools like GA4 and Looker Studio to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Manage digital and affiliate marketing budgets, ensure compliance, and oversee vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5–8 years of proven experience in digital performance marketing.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing affiliate programmes and partnerships.
• Strong technical understanding of paid media platforms, attribution, tracking, funnel optimisation, and analytics.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, and affiliate platforms.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, experienced in leveraging GenAI tools.
