Senior Data Associate (AI, LLM)

What you will do

• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer privacy.
• Deliver high-quality labeled data across text, speech, audio, image, and video using in-house tools.
• Make sound judgments and logical decisions with ambiguous or incomplete information.
• Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions for labeling quality.
• Identify process and operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures and suggest changes.
• Support daily operational deliverables for multiple task types.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or related work experience.
• CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in French language.
• Written and spoken knowledge of English is essential (CEFR C1+).
• Strong business writing skills and advanced reading comprehension.
• Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven attention to detail and ability to interpret detailed instructions.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience with demonstrated task execution ability.
• Capacity to leverage open-source resources for comprehensive research.
• Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
• Project coordination or management experience.
