TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (EdTech): Manage and grow enterprise education accounts by driving adoption, renewals, and customer success with an accent on strategic account management, AI integration, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Remote (United States, Canada)

Salary: $145,000–$185,000 OTE/year (USD)

What you will do

  • Own the full post-sales customer lifecycle for assigned enterprise education accounts, ensuring onboarding, activation, and long-term success.
  • Lead renewal strategies including pricing proposals and contract negotiations to drive retention and growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Key Accounts teams to identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Deliver enablement experiences by training users and aligning product capabilities with organizational goals.
  • Conduct strategic account reviews with tailored insights and performance metrics.
  • Leverage customer data to identify risks and opportunities, taking proactive actions to exceed targets.

Requirements

  • Location: Remote work available in the United States and Canada
  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management with Education industry experience, ideally EdTech.
  • Proven success managing large strategic accounts, renewals, and revenue goals.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with C-level stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and act decisively.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) with polished communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
