What you will do
- Own the full post-sales customer lifecycle for assigned enterprise education accounts, ensuring onboarding, activation, and long-term success.
- Lead renewal strategies including pricing proposals and contract negotiations to drive retention and growth.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Key Accounts teams to identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
- Deliver enablement experiences by training users and aligning product capabilities with organizational goals.
- Conduct strategic account reviews with tailored insights and performance metrics.
- Leverage customer data to identify risks and opportunities, taking proactive actions to exceed targets.
Requirements
- Location: Remote work available in the United States and Canada
- 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management with Education industry experience, ideally EdTech.
- Proven success managing large strategic accounts, renewals, and revenue goals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with C-level stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and act decisively.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) with polished communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
