What you will do
- Maintain meaningful engagement and be the key contact for financial clients.
- Coach users on hirify.global’s terminal, Excel add-in, API, and data integration.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to maximize client success.
- Improve customer success processes and maintain accurate client documentation in Salesforce.
- Communicate daily with clients via email, phone, video calls, and face-to-face meetings.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in New York
- English: B2 level or higher
- 5+ years experience as a customer success manager in energy or commodity markets.
- Comfortable with data and experience with Python or R preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-focused skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
