Salary: $60,000–$80,000

What you will do

• Develop and cultivate positive business relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Partner with sales to develop ideas and materials for proposals and media recommendations.
• Act as a product expert to align hirify.global Media products with client marketing needs.
• Design and execute media plans and campaigns, managing creative and technical production timelines.
• Troubleshoot ad creative issues that impact tracking, implementation, or reporting.
• Monitor campaign delivery and pacing, escalating issues when applicable.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in digital/radio/mobile advertising operations or account management.
• Extremely proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent client service and verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of pre-sale processes and media plan creation.
• Experience with internal order management systems and third-party ad servers.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of programmatic transactions.
• Experience with performance campaign management handling conversion data and related ad technology.
