What you will do

• Develop and own strategic product positioning and messaging for AI, cloud, and digital transformation solutions.
• Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and execution for new product launches across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud hyperscaler deployments.
• Create high-impact sales tools and training materials for direct sales and channel partners.
• Act as a customer-facing spokesperson and develop thought leadership content for product areas.
• Systematically employ AI tools for daily marketing workflows to enhance efficiency and insight.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing for enterprise B2B software, preferably in CX, Contact Center (CCaaS), or UC (UCaaS).
• Proven ability to present complex technical concepts to senior-level audiences.
• Demonstrated experience marketing solutions across on-premises and cloud deployment models (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a portfolio of impactful sales enablement and marketing content.
• Strong familiarity with data/AI platforms, conversational AI, or WFO/WFM solutions.
• Hands-on experience, with a strong willingness to leverage AI in daily marketing workflows.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
