What you will do
- Lead the vision and strategy for the Recruiting Operations team, aligning with overall Talent Acquisition (TA) and business goals.
- Establish and oversee the TA technology stack and vendor relationships, enhancing global hiring capabilities.
- Champion data-driven decision making by advancing recruiting analytics and ensuring data integrity.
- Act as a subject matter expert and strategic thought partner for key operational projects with cross-functional teams.
- Own TA Policy, Governance, and Compliance, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations (e.g., EEO/OFCCP).
- Provide guidance and mentorship to your team, fostering professional development and growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with a proven history of leading and executing complex recruiting operations initiatives.
- 3+ years of people management experience and excellent coaching and development skills.
- Deep expertise with core recruiting technologies (e.g., Greenhouse ATS, Gem, TalentWall, Modernloop).
- Proven operational rigor and strategic planning aptitude, capable of translating vision into action.
- Expertise in pulling, interpreting, and communicating data from recruiting tools to generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with TA Policy, Governance, and Compliance, with a focus on global laws and regulations.
