Salary: $240,930–$281,540 USD annually.

What you will do

• Lead the vision and strategy for the Recruiting Operations team, aligning with overall Talent Acquisition (TA) and business goals.
• Establish and oversee the TA technology stack and vendor relationships, enhancing global hiring capabilities.
• Champion data-driven decision making by advancing recruiting analytics and ensuring data integrity.
• Act as a subject matter expert and strategic thought partner for key operational projects with cross-functional teams.
• Own TA Policy, Governance, and Compliance, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations (e.g., EEO/OFCCP).
• Provide guidance and mentorship to your team, fostering professional development and growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with a proven history of leading and executing complex recruiting operations initiatives.
• 3+ years of people management experience and excellent coaching and development skills.
• Deep expertise with core recruiting technologies (e.g., Greenhouse ATS, Gem, TalentWall, Modernloop).
• Proven operational rigor and strategic planning aptitude, capable of translating vision into action.
• Expertise in pulling, interpreting, and communicating data from recruiting tools to generate actionable insights.
• Familiarity with TA Policy, Governance, and Compliance, with a focus on global laws and regulations.
