What you will do

• Design and develop a highly scalable, available, and reliable Publisher Ads & Monetization platform.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, and DevOps to build and operate backend systems.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers to foster growth and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure operational excellence in cloud-based environments (Google Cloud Platform or AWS).
• Drive performance engineering and architecture design for end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

• Location: United States
• English: B2 level or higher required
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience with a BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Expertise in Java, performance engineering, multi-threading, asynchronous processing, and NoSQL systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform or AWS) and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Gradle.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with AdTech platforms such as AdServing or Demand Side Platform.
• Knowledge of open source technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and Google BigQuery.
