What you will do

• Drive significant technology initiatives end-to-end across multiple architecture layers.
• Architect and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable applications and systems.
• Proactively identify opportunities and integrate AI technology into software applications.
• Launch AI integrations in production and evaluate their impact on performance and user satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers on software engineering best practices and AI leverage.
• Work collaboratively with global, cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise-class applications.
• Solid foundation in writing scalable application code (accessibility, internationalization, instrumentation).
• Proficiency in mid-tier languages like Java.
• Experience with test automation (TDD, unit/integration/functional testing).
• Experience with Relational and NoSQL Database design and implementation, and analytics.
• Practical experience developing applications using microservices, container technologies (Kubernetes).
• Proficient in building or integrating functional AI models (LLM prompting, AutoML).
• Skilled in evaluating and monitoring AI technology performance in production.
