What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage IAM policies, roles, and permissions in GCP.
• Configure and maintain service accounts, workload identities, and federation mechanisms.
• Ensure secure access control using least-privilege principles and governance best practices.
• Monitor IAM configurations, detect misconfigurations, and perform security audits.
• Automate IAM workflows using scripts, APIs, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Maintain documentation on IAM standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• English: from Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above.
• 2+ years experience as IAM Engineer, Cloud Security Engineer, or GCP Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud IAM, resource hierarchy, service accounts, custom roles, and policy inheritance.
• Experience with GCP security tools like Cloud Identity, Access Context Manager, and Cloud Audit Logs.
• Proficiency in IAM automation using Terraform, gcloud CLI, Python, or similar scripting tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
