Team Lead (C#)

TL;DR

Team Lead (C#): Developing and maintaining software solutions, designing and implementing features for greenfield educational products with an accent on API design, serverless microservice architecture, and code quality. Focus on guiding software engineers, performing code reviews, and improving system operations while being 50% hands-on.

Location: Hybrid in Belgrade, Serbia. Remote work is possible in locations without a hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Develop, design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions and features for educational products.
• Build APIs within a serverless microservice architecture.
• Perform code reviews and refactor code to ensure code base evolution.
• Document solutions with clear code and diagrams.
• Improve operations through systems analysis and policy recommendations.
• Support and develop software engineers through coaching and educational opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or related field.
• 6+ years' work experience in frontend or backend development.
• Strong C#, good knowledge of .Net Core and SQL.
• Ability to write readable, testable code following SOLID principles.
• Experience with continuous delivery.
• Resume must be sent in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices, cloud-based, event-driven architecture.
• Basic experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and client frameworks like React or VueJS.
• Mobile app development experience.
• Some experience with AI/ML.
