Team Lead (C#)

Location: Hybrid work in Europe with offices in Sofia and Belgrade, remote work possible in locations without offices.

What you will do

• Develop software solutions following the software development lifecycle.
• Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain features for learners, faculty, and partners.
• Perform code reviews and refactor code to evolve the code base.
• Build APIs in a serverless microservice architecture.
• Document solutions with clear documentation and diagrams.
• Support and develop software engineers through coaching and advice.

Requirements

• English: Resume must be in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in frontend or backend development.
• Strong C#, good knowledge of .Net Core and SQL.
• Code must be readable, testable, and follow best practices like SOLID.
• Experience with continuous delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices, cloud-based, event-driven architecture.
• Basic experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and client frameworks like React or VueJS.
• Mobile app development experience.
• Some experience with AI/ML.
