Salary: $140,000–$175,000 USD

What you will do

• Design end-to-end user flows across mobile and web for B2C and B2B2C products.
• Iterate rapidly on multiple UX directions, creating prototypes and polished solutions.
• Produce interaction patterns, wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, and prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate requirements into intuitive experiences.
• Contribute to design system and brand consistency across surfaces.
• Use research and usability insights to refine designs and participate in internal design reviews.

Requirements

• Remote work from any location.
• 3–5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX depth and end-to-end thinking.
• Strong mobile UX skills and fast, iterative design style.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and system-level thinking.
• Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience in B2C or B2B2C products, preferably fintech or crypto-related.

Nice to have

• Brand, marketing, or storytelling design experience.
• Motion/interaction prototyping skills (Principle, Framer, After Effects).
• Experience with crypto, fintech, or data-heavy products.
