What you will do

• Deeply understand crypto and fintech users’ needs and the domain market landscape.
• Learn from users through confirmatory research and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with product owners, business, and system analysts to gather requirements and shape feature designs.
• Work closely with the engineering team to provide specs, handle edge cases, and ensure design-to-code fidelity.
• Maintain and improve the existing design system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design for mature tech products.
• Strong experience working closely with development teams, understanding technical constraints and iterating with engineers.
• Focused on experience and interface design.
• Experienced in designing multi-platform products (web / native, desktop / mobile).
• High emotional intelligence with excellent communication and feedback skills.
• Expert in Figma, including advanced prototyping and design system development.

Nice to have

• Experience with design system foundations.
• Background in fintech or crypto product design.
• AI enthusiasm and experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows.
