What you will do

• Drive contributor performance to meet project quality, throughput, and productivity targets.
• Improve project efficiency by analyzing data, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Strengthen client outcomes by sharing insights, trends, and production updates.
• Support contributor engagement by providing guidance, feedback, and clear expectations.
• Improve project profitability by monitoring productivity, adjusting resources, and resolving blockers quickly.
• Improve data quality by executing quality management plans and driving continuous quality improvements.
• Support project improvements by incorporating input from clients, managers, and contributors.

Requirements

• Manage operations through clear metrics and balance speed, accuracy, and contributor experience.
• Analyze quality and productivity trends, identify gaps and risks, and drive process improvements.
• Communicate with clarity, adapt to changing requirements, and work well with diverse audiences.
• Be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Work well in collaboration with delivery teams, clients, and contributors.
• Be confident working in Excel and handle more than simple spreadsheets.

Nice to have

• Experience in project management, process improvement, or data analytics.
• Experience using Power BI.
• Prior experience in a production, operations, or call center environment.
