What you will do

  • Translate business needs into technical solutions for Sales and Customer Success.
  • Build GTM workflows and automations (e.g., lead scoring, routing, qualification, alerts) using tools like n8n, Clay, and HubSpot.
  • Create and maintain AI chatbots and agents for research, enrichment, and meeting prep.
  • Configure HubSpot and other GTM systems to support Sales and CS processes.
  • Integrate GTM tools into a cohesive stack and evolve it with company scaling.
  • Develop internal UIs and applications using hirify.global for GTM teams.
  • Enhance data quality, process consistency, and system reliability across GTM tools.

Requirements

  • Strong experience building automations in n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, Clay, and/or HubSpot.
  • Deep CRM experience, including object architecture, deal management, reporting, workflows, and integrations.
  • Experience enabling GTM processes for Marketing, Sales, and/or CS.
  • Ability to design clear system logic and build user-friendly tools.
  • Experience with building chatbots/AI agents, scripting, and builder tools like hirify.global.
  • English: Required for application and company communication.

  • A knack for transforming complex processes into scalable system logic.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
