Salary: $297,670–$350,200 USD base annual salary plus bonus, equity, and benefits

What you will do

• Influence and oversee large engineering efforts across identity, payments, ledgering, risk, and AI domains
• Collaborate with product leaders to establish and execute vision and architecture strategies
• Drive unified vision for product platform services and API surface
• Lead development and scaling of data stores and ledger systems within payment frameworks
• Implement best practices for building and maintaining large-scale systems
• Mentor other individual contributors to promote technical excellence and growth

Requirements

• Minimum 15+ years of experience
• Experience providing technical and strategic oversight for large global engineering teams
• Ability to inspire and drive change across multiple cross-functional teams and leadership levels
• Proven experience with large-scale systems impacting multi-year, multi-billion dollar projects
• Excellent collaboration and mentoring skills
• Experience in fintech sector; crypto experience is a plus
