• Develop and implement fraud detection strategies using AI and machine learning across Fidelity’s products and business lines.

• Design customer profiling and trust solutions to enhance user experience while managing risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, and data science to respond to fraud events and mitigate risks.
• Ensure solutions meet strict service level agreements and integrate seamlessly with customer experience.

Requirements

• Must have 12 years of experience in fraud risk management within financial institutions.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in quantitative fields.
• Proven experience leveraging AI and machine learning for fraud detection optimization.
• Hands-on skills in data analytics using Python, SQL, or similar languages.
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities in complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
