TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Manage a portfolio of midmarket law firm accounts to drive customer outcomes and retention with an accent on strategic partnership development, renewal management, and revenue growth. Focus on building strong customer relationships, proactive account management, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver value.

Location: Remote within the United States with up to 25% travel within the U.S.

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 OTE

hirify.global is a fast-growing vertical SaaS startup using technology and AI to empower personal injury lawyers and victims to secure faster settlements and better outcomes.

What you will do

  • Manage ~70 midmarket law firm accounts with regular check-ins, business reviews, and adoption analyses.
  • Develop and execute tailored success plans aligned with customer business goals.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as primary customer contact.
  • Own renewal processes and proactively mitigate retention risks.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Sales.
  • Document customer feedback to inform product development and share insights with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States and able to travel up to 25% domestically.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably midmarket.
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments with SaaS business models.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and Customer Success Platforms.
  • Legal Tech experience or working with law firms is a strong plus.
