What you will do

• Analyze and evaluate retargeting, performance, and media campaigns.
• Perform user segmentation and analyze audience behavior across funnels.
• Validate data quality and ensure correctness of marketing data.
• Maintain and update dashboards with metrics, filters, and visualizations.
• Support automation of recurring analytical processes and reporting.
• Participate in preparation, execution, and analysis of A/B tests.

Requirements

• English: B2 level required
• Strong SQL skills including JOINs, GROUP BY, subqueries, and window functions.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
• Understanding of advertising platforms and marketing metrics.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or programmatic advertising platforms.
• Python skills for data analysis (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn).
• Experience building automations or analytical pipelines.
• Understanding of A/B testing methodology.
• Russian language: native speaker.
