What you will do

• Install, configure, integrate, and maintain hirify.global MQ on Linux and Windows platforms.
• Apply FixPacks and perform MQ upgrades and backup & recovery procedures.
• Build MQ environments from scratch and provide production support.
• Configure MQ components such as queues, listener ports, channels, and SSL security.
• Automate MQ deployment using Puppet and Ansible.
• Analyze and resolve MQ issues using error logs and MQ commands.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Bucharest, Romania
• English: B2 level or higher required
• Bachelor's degree and strong proficiency in hirify.global MQ administration on Linux and Windows.
• Experience with MQ configurations, Pub/Sub messaging, and MQ backup & recovery.
• Knowledge of Linux shell scripting (Bash), SQL, and automation tools like Puppet and Ansible.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global WebSphere Application Server and programming languages like PERL, Python.
• Knowledge of SWIFT MT and ISO messaging protocols.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
