What you will do

• Manage and scale Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns with a focus on high ROAS.
• Develop data-driven business cases and budget scaling strategies.
• Perform deep performance analysis using Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, design, and content teams.
• Optimize e-commerce funnels and customer journeys for premium-priced products.
• Provide autonomous leadership and clear communication of performance insights.
