What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives (e.g., operating model redesign, digital transformation).
• Manage and coach a team of 2+ junior members.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions and business verticals to ensure strategic and operational alignment.
• Develop and deliver clear, data-driven status updates, executive dashboards, and board-ready materials.
• Champion change management and internal communication, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in consulting, internal strategy, or PMO roles.
• Analytical mindset and ability to think in a structured, outcome-driven way.
• Proactive communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills.
• High level of ownership, curiosity, accountability, and willingness to learn.
• Fluent in Russian and English.
