TL;DR

Commercial Excellence Lead (iGaming): Building and driving the operational backbone of the commercial organization to scale a fast-growing gaming content business with an accent on sales enablement, analytics, and process optimization. Focus on identifying high-potential clients, defining pricing structures, and improving commercial workflows across global markets.

Location: This role requires a hybrid setup, working both remotely and on-site at our Yerevan office based on team and business needs. This is not a fully remote or fully in-office position.

What you will do

  • Create and manage high-quality sales collateral in collaboration with Product and Sales teams.
  • Design and maintain key commercial dashboards and reports for performance tracking and pipeline visibility.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential clients across global markets using data and segmentation.
  • Define scalable pricing structures, contract terms, negotiation guidelines, and commission schemes.
  • Build and continuously improve commercial workflows, including deal review processes and CRM hygiene.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in commercial operations, sales strategy, or go-to-market roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
  • Strong analytical mindset with fluency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM (e.g., Zoho) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proven ability to create clear, professional-grade sales and marketing materials.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable operating independently in a dynamic commercial setting.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Armenian or Russian.
  • Background in iGaming or high-volume B2B sales environments.
