hirify.global is an iGaming industry company seeking a new Agile Project Manager to join their team.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Ensure project goals, deadlines, and KPIs are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Foster strong communication within teams and across departments.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, status updates, and reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Manager in the iGaming industry.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project management principles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with key iGaming operational functions (player management, game integrations, CRM, affiliate tools).
• Experience working with cross-functional international teams.
• Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana).
• Fluent English is required (written and spoken).
