What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions and business verticals.
• Develop and deliver clear, data-driven status updates, executive dashboards, and board-ready materials.
• Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and decision-making forums with mid- and senior-level stakeholders.
• Champion change management and internal communication, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation project management.
• Proven success in leading large-scale initiatives, ideally in tech, digital, or financial services environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving, structured thinking, and analytical capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience engaging senior leadership.

Nice to have

• MBA or certifications (CFA, ACCA, PMP, etc.) are a strong advantage.
