hirify.global is searching for an AI Automation Engineer to join their AI Center Of Excellence team.

What you will do

• Design and implement production-grade AI agents and automation services.
• Create robust data pipelines for extraction and LLM-driven transformation.
• Integrate with external tools and APIs, including web parsers, email, chat systems, and streaming data.
• Expose agent workflows as well-documented APIs or event-driven services.
• Focus on building reliable systems with built-in caching, retries, observability, and performance optimization.
• Contribute to the development of internal SDKs and frameworks to accelerate AI agent development.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate use cases into reliable, maintainable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional Python experience, with a focus on modern async and typed code.
• Proven track record building scalable backend APIs with modern web frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Django).
• Hands-on experience with LLM agent design patterns like ReAct and tool-calling, preferably with frameworks like LangChain.
• Practical experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Dagster, Airflow).
• Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, PgVector).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices, preferably with Azure DevOps.
• Commitment to writing strong unit and integration tests.
