• Use HR metrics and analytics to drive decisions and assess impact
• Develop and implement communication plans for transparency and engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in HR project management, preferably in IT sector
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills in English
• Proficiency in project management tools and HR software
• Relevant certifications (PMP, SHRM-CP) are a plus
