What you will do
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with key partners to drive long-term success and revenue growth.
- Act as senior point of contact for partner communications and manage escalations with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to advocate for partner needs and influence roadmap priorities.
- Prepare and present performance reviews and business intelligence reports for stakeholders.
- Provide strategic advice to partners on player conversion, retention, and platform engagement.
- Represent the company at industry events and contribute to internal best practices and partner success processes.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Yerevan, Armenia
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 4+ years experience in partner success, account management, or business development, preferably in iGaming or related B2B digital environment.
- Strong understanding of account management principles and customer success strategy.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce), reporting tools (Power BI), and performance dashboards.
- English: Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Nice to have
- Knowledge of additional languages.
- In-depth knowledge of online gaming, live casino products, and user behavior analytics.
