What you will do

• Lead discovery and delivery of new features and products that deliver measurable business value
• Drive and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term vision
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand market needs and user behavior
• Conduct qualitative research and interviews to gather insights shaping product direction
• Define and track product success metrics using quantitative data to prioritize initiatives
• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to process improvements within the team

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Yerevan, Armenia
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of product management experience with end-to-end software delivery
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro)
• Excellent communication skills in Armenian, Russian, and English
