What you will do

• Lead design and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems improving reliability, latency, and throughput.
• Own features end-to-end from architecture to deployment and optimization.
• Work hands-on with NestJS, Firestore, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, queuing systems, and microservices.
• Drive technical direction ensuring stability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Integrate and optimize AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and ownership.

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years of backend engineering experience with expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases and multi-tenant microservices architecture.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and full-stack web applications.
• Proven ability to architect complex, scalable web applications in production.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• English proficiency at least B2 level required.

• Experience with AI tools and contributions to open-source or internal engineering platforms.
