What you will do

• Manage the delivery of agile projects ensuring timely and quality outcomes
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and define user stories
• Track project progress, remove impediments, and align team with sprint goals
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 1-2 years experience in agile project management or team coordination
• Agile certification preferred (CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks
• Excellent communication skills in Armenian, Russian, and English
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar project tracking tools
• Location: Must be based in Yerevan, Armenia
