TL;DR

Strategic Partner Manager (Sales): Manage and grow key strategic partnerships with an emphasis on relationship building, sales training, and partner activation. Focus on developing go-to-market strategies, enabling sales teams, and driving referral growth while handling frequent travel for in-person engagements.

Location: Must be based in the U.S., preferably Eastern region

What you will do

  • Own day-to-day relationships with key strategic partners.
  • Conduct sales trainings and enablement sessions for partner sales and customer success teams.
  • Create and nurture relationships across partner organizations as the face of hirify.global.
  • Provide first-line support for sales questions and swiftly resolve queries.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to drive referral growth through key partners.
  • Develop and implement creative go-to-market and partner activation strategies.
  • Travel frequently (up to three times a month) for in-person trainings and events.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the U.S., preferably Eastern region for travel purposes.
  • Experience in sales and/or partnerships.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Comfortable with presenting, networking, and fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Payroll or HR Tech.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
