What you will do

• Define and maintain governance processes for AI and automation portfolios.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and approval of new opportunities.
• Facilitate governance forums and decision-making meetings with stakeholders.
• Monitor initiative execution and validate impact against KPIs.
• Maintain documentation for processes, decision logs, and value tracking.
• Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and data protection requirements.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German.
• Swiss/EU passport or valid permit required.
• Experience in process management, governance, or PMO functions with financial acumen.
• Strong understanding of value measurement, benefit realization, and financial modelling.
• Ability to assess and prioritize AI and automation opportunities.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and executive reporting.
