What you will do

• Own and scale complete operational workstreams end-to-end, moving from initial drafts to scalable processes.
• Use AI tools to rebuild manual workflows into automated systems that run independently.
• Manage customer onboarding and ensure high satisfaction for a growing customer base.
• Run finance and administrative operations, collaborating with accountants and service providers.
• Drive logistics for lab expansion in Lausanne and manage supplier relationships.
• Coordinate internal team operations, events, and the day-to-day rhythm of the company.

Requirements

• Proven track record of ownership and execution (startups, side projects, or academic leadership).
• Strong proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) to build real tools and workflows.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity and solve problems without a playbook.
• Highly organized and reliable with a hands-on approach to operational needs.
• Genuine interest in life sciences (a biology background is not required).
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Lausanne, Switzerland.
