What you will do

• Design, code, and unit test new product features, taking ownership of large portions of product functionality.
• Lead and mentor junior developers across multiple geographies.
• Act as Scrum-Lead for various product deliverables and provide input into planning.
• Resolve defects in collaboration with QA teams.
• Interact directly with clients for requirements gathering, scope identification, and timeline planning.
• Work on product documentation and build automation.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of Development experience.
• Strong software design, development, and test experience in Java/J2EE.
• Fluency in SpringBoot and experience in Microservices application development/deployment.
• Experience with Kubernetes/RedHat OpenShift and understanding of hirify.global Cloud/On-premise development.
• Experience with Database SQL, DB2 or Oracle.
• Fluency in English and excellent oral/written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Finance industry.
• Knowledge of JavaScript programming with REACT.
• Experience with hirify.global Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) and hirify.global Integration Bus/App Connect Enterprise, ESQL.
• Understanding and experience with hirify.global MQ / JMS.
