What you will do

• Develop client analyses and concepts, optimizing and implementing system and landscape architectures.
• Manage or execute specific project components and scopes to ensure project timelines and deadlines are met.
• Provide architectural oversight, technical guidance, and functional specifications based on business requirements.
• Represent client interests and lead technical teams in implementation and transformation projects.
• Develop flexible, comprehensive solutions tailored to each client's needs.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in technical SAP consulting, SAP S/4HANA architectures, and S/4HANA transformations.
• Experience with current SAP transformation models (e.g., RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP) and latest SAP technologies (e.g., Move to Cloud, on Hyperscalers, data transformation, AI enablement).
• Expert-level focus on at least one technical SAP topic area (e.g., S/4HANA architecture, Basis cloud architecture, platform integration), ideally with hands-on experience.
• Experience with at least 3 full life-cycle S/4HANA transformations and subject matter expertise across multiple SAP solutions and industries.
• Strong capabilities in leading global SAP project implementations and rollouts.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Skills and experience in engaging and communicating at C-level.
