Location: Hybrid in Utrecht, Netherlands with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote. Must be based in the Netherlands with no IND sponsorship.
Salary: Up to €8,000 gross per month depending on experience.

What you will do
- Design and own the overall integration and migration program across multiple brands.
- Define operating rhythms, decision structures, and reporting for stakeholders.
- Align architecture, engineering, data, product, and leadership around a shared roadmap.
- Translate technical and commercial input into clear program plans and milestones.
- Monitor dependencies, risks, and issues across parallel migrations.
- Capture lessons learned and create reusable playbooks and templates.
- Communicate status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to leadership.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and integration architects to keep execution on track.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Netherlands with no IND visa sponsorship.
- 7+ years experience in program or large-scale project management in tech, SaaS, or digital transformation.
- Proven ability to structure complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong governance, operating model design, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Comfortable working in technical environments and translating between business and engineering.
- Excellent English communication skills; Dutch is a plus.
