What you will do

• Own and design the frontend 3D architecture using Next.js and Three.js
• Write custom shaders based on math and physics principles
• Build complex parametric configurators from scratch
• Create internal libraries and systems for other developers
• Integrate third-party tools and APIs
• Communicate technical direction to engineers, investors, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Must be located within two hours of Central European Time (CET)
• At least seven years of frontend or 3D development experience
• At least three years in a technical lead or principal role
• Deep expertise with Three.js, WebGL, and writing shaders from first principles
• Strong knowledge of parametric systems, spatial data structures, and scalable TypeScript code
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Graphics, or Mathematics
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business contexts

Nice to have

• Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine
• Familiarity with WebGPU, OpenJL, or GLSL
• Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes
• Understanding of CI/CD processes
