Salary: €80,000–€90,000/year

What you will do

• Own and develop core backend APIs and services for conversational screening and assessments
• Work in a small, fast-moving engineering team with high ownership and direct impact
• Drive product decisions and engineering standards alongside founders
• Build scalable systems using Python and optionally Go, Elixir, or Rust
• Operate in a start-up culture with rapid iteration and minimal processes

Requirements

• Must be living in the Netherlands with a valid EU work permit
• 5+ years backend experience in Python, Go, Elixir, or Rust
• Experience building scalable APIs and backend systems
• Product mindset with a start-up mentality and high ownership
• Available onsite in Amsterdam 4 days per week

• Mentoring experience and ability to raise engineering standards
