What you will do

• Architect and lead development of IDE plugins for VS Code and IntelliJ supporting workflow authoring and validation
• Design and implement real-time dashboards and interactive visualizations for workflow execution and metrics
• Define and drive UX strategy across developer-facing tools and operational interfaces
• Lead and manage a frontend/UI development team, fostering quality and continuous improvement
• Plan, prioritize, and track multiple projects ensuring timely delivery
• Mentor team members on architecture, coding practices, and UX principles

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Dublin, Ireland
• English: Fluent written and verbal English required
• 5+ years experience with TypeScript and React
• Experience architecting IDE plugins for VS Code or IntelliJ
• Strong skills in data visualization libraries and real-time dashboards
• Proficiency with JSON Schema, YAML, REST APIs, and WebSockets

Nice to have

• Knowledge of workflow engines, DSLs, and event-driven architectures
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or observability stacks
• Background in building developer portals or control panels for SaaS or infrastructure platforms
