What you will do
- Grow and accelerate the sales funnel across the UK and Nordic region
- Drive strategic account planning and flawless tactical execution
- Manage accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasting
- Nurture broad, high-value key client executive relationships to ensure retention and loyalty
- Oversee planning and implementation of regional marketing and sales programs
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of world-class enterprise account executives
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the UK or Nordics
- At least three years of proven sales team management and five years of direct sales experience within a MEDDICC environment
- Strong knowledge of strategic enterprise customer landscape in the UK and Nordics
- Deep understanding of subscription sales models and strategic software licensing
- Experience with SaaS sales and cloud technologies
- Ability to measure and analyze KPIs and drive team overachievement
- Forecast accuracy skills and experience
- A university degree

- Salesforce (SFDC) experience
