What you will do

• Proactively identify and prevent cybersecurity threats and breaches.
• Manage complex security incidents and serve as escalation point for critical incidents.
• Integrate and configure SIEM and other security systems for threat detection.
• Align detection and response processes with MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to Cyber Security Analyst team.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives within the Cyber Security Operation Centre.

Requirements

• Must have at least 3 years of SOC security management experience.
• Senior-level skills with SIEM, XDR, IAM, anomaly detection, and orchestration systems.
• Fluent English required (written and spoken).
• Basic programming skills in Python or Bash for automation.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and coaching skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Threat Intelligence Platforms and vulnerability scanning tools.
• Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, Certified Incident Handler, CCNA Security.
